E-BOOST
The duration of the e-boost operation is 15 seconds in order to avoid overheating. When turned on, the acceleration is more powerful when turning the throttle and the highest speed is higher. The e-boost gauge on the instrument panel will turn gray to indicate it is accessible after all requirements have been satisfied. By depressing the e-boost button at the right handle, the e-boost function is initiated. The increased power is accessible after the gauge turns purple and the word “e-boost” appears on the screen. The 15-second countdown timer begins whenever the throttle is opened past a particular point (shown by the e-boost gauge getting smaller).
Electric Motor
A small brushless electric motor with outstanding off-the-line acceleration and low-end response powers Kawasaki’s road-going EVs. Rider confidence is boosted by rider-selectable power levels, and the fun is increased by special EV features like e-boost and WALK Mode. Additionally silent and clean, the electric motor is user-friendly.
Power Models
Riders can simply select an engine power delivery option to fit their preferences or riding conditions on models with several power modes. In addition to the Full Power mode, there are one (Low) or two (Middle, Low) modes that limit the maximum power and have a gentler throttle response.
Smartphone Connectivity
Riders can wirelessly connect to their motorcycles thanks to innovative technology. Numerous instrument functions can be accessible with the smartphone app “RIDEOLOGY THE APP,” which enhances the motorcycling experience. The smartphone may be used to display vehicle information, like the odometer, fuel gauge, maintenance schedule, etc. The smartphone can be used to view riding logs, which vary by model but may contain GPS route, gear position, rpm, and other data. Notices for phone calls and mail are shown on the instrument panel when the connection is active.
Walk Mode:
When all conditions have been met (bike stopped, throttle OFF), WALK Mode is activated by pressing and holding the Mode button. Once activated, the screen background turns red to clearly distinguish it from normal operation. When engaged, opening the throttle moves the bike forward at walking speed (approximately 3.1 mph). Closing the throttle past the “zero” point moves the bike in reverse. Reverse speed is approximately 1.9 mph.
Zero Emission
When used, the electric motor that powers it produces no emissions.
ABS SYSTEM
Kawasaki ABS systems continuously track wheel speed using front and rear wheel sensors. The ABS ECU instructs the pump in the ABS unit to vary brake fluid pressure (releasing and reapplying pressure so that traction can be restored) until normal operation resumes should data from either of the sensors indicate that a wheel lock has occurred. ABS provides rider reassurance, which increases riding enjoyment.
Ergo Fit
They will be able to understand how Kawasaki machines are enjoyable and satisfying to ride because they will feel at one with their vehicle. Depending on their physical dimensions and riding style. ERGO-FIT® is an interface system designed to allow riders to find their ideal riding position. Various points of the chassis interface (the handlebar, footpegs seat, etc.) can be adjusted through a combination of interchangeable parts and parts with adjustable positions. This enables a wide range of riders to find a riding position that offers both comfort and control. Feeling at one with their machine, they will be able to experience how Kawasaki machines are fun and rewarding to ride.
