2024 MAZDA CX-50
The 2024 CX-50 is evidence that there is still enough of zoom-zoom left in the tank even though Mazda is fast switching its portfolio to SUVs. Although it has a ruggedly attractive exterior and an almost luxurious interior, this small crossover retains the brand’s reputation for its responsive handling and enjoyable driving experience. All models come with all-wheel drive and a 187-horsepower four-cylinder engine as standard equipment, but the 256-horsepower turbocharged four is an optional upgrade that makes driving more exciting. Due to its size, the CX-50 competes with popular models like the Honda CR-V and Volkswagen Tiguan, as well as the Mazda CX-5, a competitor from inside its own showroom.
