What’s New for 2024?
The Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback SUVs have been renamed for 2024 as the Q8 e-tron and Q8 e-tron Sportback, possibly to minimize confusion with other vehicles in the company’s expanding lineup that also go by the e-tron moniker. Audi has refreshed the SUVs’ look to commemorate the event, giving them new wheel designs, a reworked grille, and restyled lighting components. What’s New for 2024?
Very little will change for the e-tron GT in 2024; however, the Prestige and RS trim levels will receive new matrix LED headlights with laser high beams. What does that mean? The low beam headlights, which essentially employ a chip with a million micromirrors to precisely direct the LED illumination of the road ahead (and, more whimsically, produce whimsical animations to play when you pull up to your garage), are essentially akin to video projectors in terms of technology. With the 2024 RS7, Audi is taking things a step further, especially with a new Performance trim.
