Principle
Adaptive Drive is an actively controlled chassis. The system increases driving comfort and minimizes the lateral tilt when driving around curves.

For active control, this system uses the available information, for instance from the navigation system or the Driving style analysis.
In particular, in the ADAPTIVE driving mode, this information is used to influence the adaptive chassis control and the active roll stabilization control. This further increases both the agility of the vehicle as well as the lane stability. The function may be restricted if the navigation data is invalid, outdated or not available, for example.
Active Roll Stabilization
Principle
Active roll stabilization reduces the roll tendency of the body that occurs during rapid cornering or during quick evasive maneuvers.

The lateral tilt of the vehicle is balanced out by permanent adjustment on the front and rear axles. The vehicle is thus always stabilized. Agility and driving comfort are increased under all driving conditions.
