Operation Instructions of iZEEKER GD300

Preparation

1. Prepare a MicroSD card, Class 1 O or above. Insert it into the camera and fomat it before use. This camera also supports 64GB, 128GB MicroSD cards, but please format it to FAT32 64KB or exFAT on the computer first. 2. Install the suction cup into the camera notch, and find an appropriate place on the windshield to place it.

1. Clean the windshield and remove the protective film from the suction cup.
2. Attach the suction cup to the windshield and turn clockwise to lock it into position.
3. Connect the car charger to the camera’s USB port and cigarette lighter.

Instructions for Video Mode

When the dash cam turns on, it will enter video mode and automatically begin recording video.

Instructions for Playback Mode

  1. Press and hold the “Menu” button to go into photo mode, and then press and hold it again to switch into playback mode.
  2. Press the “Up” and “Down” button to choose files.
  3. Press the OK button to confirm the selection.
  4. After a file is selected, press and hold the “Menu” button, and then you can delete it.
  5. Press and hold the “Menu” button and you will exit playback mode.

Note:

  1. You can connect the camera to a computer with a USB cable. Choose “Mass Storage” and the photos and videos will be transferred to your computer for viewing and saving externally
  2. When there are too many locked videos, save the most important ones externally and then format the SD card. [Setup Menu-Format SD card]

Menu Mode

  1. Loop Record: off/1 min/3min/5min. The newest video will automatically overwrite the oldest unlocked video when the SD card is full, to ensure normal recording.
  2. G-sensor: off/Low/Medium/High. When the G-sensor detects a collision during driving, the video will be saved separately and will not be automatically deleted.
  3. Format SD card: Allows you to delete all the SD card’s data. (Before formatting the SD card, please back up the data you need.)
  4. WDR: OFF/ON. Imaging technology that manages the contrast of light sources and improves the quality and definition of images.
  5. Time-Lapse: OFF/1S/2S/3S This function will save SD card space. For example, an image of a scene may be captured at 7 frame per second, but then played back at 30 frames per second; The result is an apparent 30 times speed increase. The file size is compressed, saving SD card space.
  6. IR Lights: OFF/ON/AUTO. When you choose “auto” mode, the IR lights in the interior camera will turn on when detecting low light. Or you can turn them on manually at night. With 4 infrared lights, video at night is as clear as in the daytime.
  7. GPS Switch: Records the route of the car accurately (GPS not included). The GPS requires software to function, please download the software: “Registrator Viewer” or ask us via our support e-mail for it.
  8. Parking Monitor: Put your car under protection 24/7 (when used with a Type-C hardwire kit). If the car gets hit, the camera will automatically turn on, record video, then save the video as evidence.
  9. Date/Time: Set the date and time by pressing the “Menu”. “UP”, “Down” and “OK” button.
  10. Screensaver: The screen will turn off after the selected time “OFF/30S/l MIN”.

  11. Auto Power Off: off/1 Minute/2 Minutes/3 Minutes. (The entire camera will turn off when not recording or being used at the selected time.)
  12. 12. Key Sound: Select on or off for audible sounds for each button press.
  13. Startup Sound: Turn on or off startup music.
  14. License plate switch: Turn On/Off the license plate number shown on recorded files.
  15. License Plate: You can set your car license plate number.
  16. Frequency: 50Hz/60Hz Select to adjust for the flicker from street lights.
  17. Default: If there is a setting error, you can turn it on and return menu settings to their defaults.
