2019 Mitsubishi Mirage Fuse Box Fixes | Fuse Diagram User Manual
Fuse boxes and fuses are two of the most important parts of an automobile’s electrical and safety systems. In the 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage, these parts are the perfect example of how innovation and dependability can work together. In the fuse box, all the fuses are organized so they are easy to find and change when they need to be. Fuse boxes protect circuits from electrical overloads that could cause damage or even fires. Mitsubishi engineers carefully designed a system in the Mirage that not only protects the car’s electricity system but also puts the driver’s safety first. After being designed to fit perfectly into the car’s structure, the fuse box is not only a useful tool but also a sign of Mitsubishi’s dedication to safety and the user experience.

Fuse block location
To prevent damage to the electrical system from short-circuiting or overloading, each circuit is equipped with a fuse. The fuse blocks are located in the passenger compartment and the engine compartment.
Passenger compartment
The fuse block in the passenger compartment is located in front of the driver’s seat at the position shown in the illustration.
Engine compartment
In the engine compartment, the fuse block is located as shown in the illustration.
While pressing the tab (A or B), pull up the cover.
Fuse load capacities
This fuse list shows the names of the electrical systems and their fuse capacities.
There are spare fuses in the fuse block in the engine compartment. Always replace a blown fuse with one of the same capacity as the original.
Passenger compartment fuse location table
- Some fuses may not be installed on your vehicle, depending on the vehicle model or specifications.
- The table above shows the main equipment corresponding to each fuse.

The fuse block does not contain spare 7.5 A, 10 A or 15 A fuses. If one of these fuses burns out, substitute with the following fuse. 7.5 A:
Outside rearview mirrors
10 A: Option
15 A: Cigarette lighter
When using a substitute fuse, replace it with a fuse of the correct capacity as soon as possible.

Fuse replacement
- Before replacing a fuse, always turn off the electrical item concerned with the fuse and turn the ignition switch to the “OFF” position or put the operation mode in OFF.
- There is a fuse remover (A) in the engine compartment fuse block.
- Clamp it on the fuse you wish to remove, and pull the fuse straight out from the fuse block.
- Use the fuse location diagrams and the matching tables, to check the fuse that is related to the problem. If the fuse is not blown, something else must be causing the problem. Have the system inspected by your authorized Mitsubishi Motors dealer or a repair facility of your choice.
B- The fuse is OK
C- Blown fuse- Insert a new fuse of the same capacity securely into the appropriate slot.
CAUTION
- Never use a fuse with a capacity greater than the one listed or any substitute, such as wire, foil etc. This would cause the circuit wiring to heat up and could cause a fire.
- If the replacement fuse blows again after a short time, have the electrical system checked by an authorized Mitsubishi Motors dealer or a repair facility of your choice to find and correct the cause.
- How to Find the Fuse Box:
- In most Mitsubishi Mirage cars, the fuse box is under the dashboard on the driver’s side. It could also be in the engine bay, but this depends on the type and trim level.
- Find the Fuse:
- Open the fuse box door once you’ve found the fuse box. You can find a picture inside that shows which fuse goes with which electrical part.
- Take out the fuse.
- To do this, use the fuse puller tool inside the fuse box or a pair of needle-nose pliers to grab the fuse you want to change. Pull the fuse right out of its slot.
- Check the Fuse:
- Inside the fuse, look for a broken or melted metal strip. This means the fuse has blown.
- Replace the Fuse:
- If the fuse is blown, use a new fuse with the same amperage value to fix it. Make sure that the new fuse fits firmly into the fuse slot.
- Snap the cover back on the fuse box.
- After replacing the fuse, make sure the cover is tight on the box.
- Test the Electrical Component:
- Make sure the new fuse works by testing the electrical part that goes with it.
- Get Rid of the Old Fuse:
- Get rid of the old fuse the right way. It shouldn’t be used again if it’s been blown.
FAQs
In a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage, the fuse box is an important part that holds the fuses. Fuses keep electrical circuits from overloading by cutting the circuit when there is too much power flowing through it.
In a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage, the fuse box is usually under the dashboard on the driver’s side or in the engine bay.
If electrical parts in your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage stop working, like the lights or power windows, this could mean that a fuse has blown.
You can look inside the fuse to see if the metal strip is still whole or broken. A voltmeter can also be used to help find out if a fuse has blown.
Yes, changing a switch in a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage is usually a simple process. But it’s very important to use the right type and amount of fuse when replacing it.
Not often, you’ll only need needle-nose pliers or a fuse puller to take out the blown fuse and a new fuse with the right power
To find the fuse that is connected to the broken electrical part, look in the diagram on the fuse box cover.
No, you must use the fuse type and amperage that are specifically made for your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage to avoid electrical damage or fire risks.
If you keep blowing fuses in your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage, it could mean that there is a deeper electrical problem that needs to be found.
If you notice any electricity problems or issues with your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage, you should check the fuses from time to time.
Make sure the engine is off before you change the fuses in your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage so that you don’t get an electric shock or damage the electrical system.
Adding more fuses to your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage fuse box isn’t a good idea unless you’re sure it will work with the car’s electrical system and is fitted correctly.
Problems with the headlights, power windows, radio, or interior lights are common electrical issues in a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage that may need a fuse repair.
Checking and keeping your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage’s electrical system regularly, including replacing and checking fuses as needed, can help keep electrical problems from happening that are caused by fuses.
Most of the time, you can find a fuse diagram in your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirages on the inside of the fuse box door.
